What “Fitness” Experts Didn’t Tell You About Juicing

There has been so much debate about the actual benefits of juice cleansing or the practice of juicing ever since it became a trending way to get into shape. Many celebrities credit their beautifully toned bodies to juicing and how it has changed their lives. Other so-called fitness experts also rave about this practice and tell their followers to invest in the state-of-the-art equipment that can give them the best results and squeeze out every bit of goodies from juicing.

Of course, the catch is, they did not tell you everything. In this article, I’ll be giving you an honest review of this juicing phenomenon to help you make a better decision of whether or not you should incorporate green juices into your life.

Juicing Should Never Be Used As A Meal Replacement.

This might come as a shocker for those who swear by juicing, but darling, I’m afraid that juices can never really be enough to give you all the nutrients your body needs. Let’s go back to basics, shall we?

Hence, you should not avoid drinking green juices (especially the ones that are made 100% from fruits and vegetables) just because overindulging on fructose can lead to liver issues.

What you should be looking out for are other food sources that are high in fructose that are devoid of any nutritional value. If possible, eliminate them from your diet at all costs.

Juicing fruits and veggies is not better than actually eating them.

Juicing isn’t bad but if you really want to get the whole benefits of fruits … Read the rest
